Swim Lessons and First Hair Cut

Charlie did a great job during his first hair cut. I kept him distracted with Puffs and he was as happy as can be!

 Swim lessons lasted 2 weeks and they were tough, but he did a great job. I think it was harder for me seeing him under water, but Laura had no problem dunking all of the kids under! She has done it long enough to be desensitized to the crying or fear of both the kids and the mamas!

 We had a quick little trip to Auburn and Charlie loved playing with all of his buddies. We went to Laredos with Jill, Jackie, Stacy, and the kids. Charlie held hands with Lundy and thought she was so pretty!

We went to see Jill's new house and the kids had the best time rolling around the floor and running around!

We stayed the night with Ray and Joanna. Charlie loved playing with Reed and Hollis. He especially loved their toy kitchen!

Fort Walton Beach Weekend

We had a great trip to the beach with the Wills Family. Unfortunately, Dylan wasn't feeling well so he and Lisa stayed home. We missed them!

Charlie ate A LOT of sand. He played with buckets of sand and water, but his favorite was the shovel. He used it like a giant sucker/spoon to lick the sand. He also enjoyed playing with the sea weed. He had a blast pulling it apart into tiny pieces. Jill called him a baby sea turtle because he would make his way crawling through the sand to the sea until I scooped him up.

Sarah, Mary, and Heath were so helpful, especially while I was trying to capture sunset beach pictures of the little angel.
